Marrakesh meals

I will be going to Marrakesh in April. I love the descriptions of the food and can't wait to try it. Does anyone have any recommendations about dishes not to be missed? Or sites/activities not to be missed?

Sounds like a great trip....I haven't visited Morocco (yet), but I've managed to knock around the Middle East a little, and the local markets/bazaars are always entertaining -- especially for a "foodie".

Oh wow, I hope you'll share what you discover about the food when you get back! Will you be blogging? We hope/plan to go in September. I can't wait to have proper couscous and to visit the souks.
