I've always maintained they a missing out on a market there......I'd definalty go if they did and the quanity and varity justified the price.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Not that I know of. NPR had something on talking about Indian buffet's and it's lineage with the Sikhs. It was interesting.

Interesting question. I think I've only seen the buffets at lunch and on Sunday.
