OK Neal, for twenty bucks are we in for an open wine bar? Full or half full glasses? Hopefully open so that by the end of the night, we will all need city scoot.

Do you have tables for larger groups and will you still be serving?

Dave –

Dave -

Half a glass of each, so 2 ½ glasses total. I know…..you can do the math. Even at our lower mark-up, that comes to over $20 for wines of this quality. Check and see what others charge by the glass for items in this price range.

Hor D is one item per person to go with each wine. We hope these will show off our food quality as well as being great pairings.

For us, this is a way to try and introduce ourselves along with offering a way for attendees to try and learn about new wines without having to spend $50+ for a wine dinner.

Tables can be of any size, we had planned to sit everyone at larger tables to encourage conversation.

We thought folks who wanted dinner would come prior, but the kitchen will remain open for those attending the wine tastings beyond our normal hours.

Thanks for the interest and hope you’ll come,
Neal Gilder
