February Wine Dinner @ Seviche - "Gusto Latino!" - Venezuela
Seviche will be continuing the "Gusto Latino!" wine dinner series on Thursday, February 26th with a menu that features the culinary traditions of Venezuela.
If you are unfamiliar with the "Gusto Latino" wine dinners, they are a fantastic special series inspired by the culinary traditions of the 27 different Latin American Countries. Each dinner focuses on a different country and is paired with unique wines from around the world.
The February 26th event will be Chef Anthony Lamas' ninth dinner and the menu will be paired with unique wines from Chile, California, France & Italy. David DuBou of Vintner Select will be the wine guide for the evening and a menu, pairings, cost and contact information are below.
