I have a friend coming in from Seattle after Derby. I would like a list of your (4) top tables in Metro Louisville (Jefferson, Oldham, Floyd & Clark counties.)

It can be any style, setting or price range BUT it must be a restaurant that you would dine at with someone that has an excellent palate and has never been here before.

No explanations, no justifications, no questions. Nothing but your personal current top four.
