For fine dining, there's no competition: Corbett's, in Brownsboro Crossing just outside the Snyder from the Summit.

In Springhurst, Liang's Chinese or the Japanese place ... Fuji?

Mostly, it's chains.

Gelato Gilberto is no longer in the Summit - it has moved out to Norton Commons, not too far away for dessert. (Karem's in Norton Commons is also a good pick.)

Turkey Joe's is pretty convenient to that area. Darn good burgers and fries if that's what your looking for.

Boombozz Pizza & Vino. On the corner of Westport & Hurstbourne. I highly suggest the Nonna pizza. Eccellente!

(Edited to add the 2nd Z in Boombozz. Sorry, Tony)

Martini in the Summitt is very good, and don't worry it is half owned by the GM, with him taking over full ownership in the near future....so it can count.
