Red Pepper question

by Adam Smith » Wed Feb 04, 2009 11:57 am

So I've been there once and loved everything we ordered; twice cooked pork, beef cheek and tendon, and some chicken dishes I can't recall. I've read online on maybe this forum, that you can call ahead and have the chef prepare whatever dishes he chooses. I was wondering how many people I'll need in my party to have them do this for me and what the approximate cost is?

Also, if anyone has some favorite dishes I should try when I go by myself. :D

Thanks!

We went with a part of six, and cost us $30/person. They will do a special feast for any number, and any price (tho in talking with them $25 seemed like a preferred starting point).

Critical Note: GO HUNGRY IF YOU DO THIS! You're talking about multiple courses, and a solid hour plus of eating! Our only complaint (check earlier thread) was that the courses came right on top of each other.
