Shrimp and Grits Itinerary

Is there an Itinerary posted somewhere? I know it starts at 6:30. But do we eat before, during or after the judging?

The flyer on the FEAT web site says it starts at 6:30 with judging at 8 pm.

I read that before I posted. I am just curious as to when we get to eat.

I can't give you a specific time, but food will be offered at the beginning of the evening. The chefs will be preparing their judged selections at intervals to present to the judges, but the "customer" tastings will be out in chafers throughout.
