Certainly chicken wings are not at the top of the list when it comes to fine dining fare, but spicy wings and a cold beer can cure what ails you every now and then. Some of my favorite wings locations are Rumor's and Hooter's (no offense intended to the kinder sex). I can choke down BWW's on occasion, but prefer crispy skin over gobs of sauce.
So to you truly food minded of Louisville and surrounding areas, where can I find a better wing?
Thanks!

The heat factor is pretty tame, but the flavor is on point. The price is also astounding at $5.95 for a dozen. I have also been pleased with everything else that I have tried on the menu, although I have a hard time resisting the wings.

According to my gf who is the wing fan of the two of us, Zeppelin's wings are very good. However, she still stands by Flabby's wings, we probably go there more often. On Tuesday Flabby's runs a all-you-can-eat special for $8.25 (comes with a gigantic side of refillable fries, too, so that's a pretty good bargain).
