Aero Bistro opening in front of Bowman Field?

Saw a sign at the building that was occupied by the beauty salon supply store across from Bowman Field. Opening soon "Aero Bistro". They've been doing quite a bit of work on it. Anyone have the scoop?

No firsthand knowledge, but they do have a listing with the yellow pages. "Captain Pepperjacks Aero Bistro"

I'm very excited about this news; I've been wanting them to put somthing in there for a long time!
