Is it me or has Pableaux Johnson not written an article for the Courier in a while? Did I miss something? CD

Pableaux was one of the casualities of the downsizing at the bird cage liner factory at 6th and Broadway.

Thank you, I suspected as much but saw no official notice with his name on it. That's unfortunate....he just got here and we appreciate a good food writer. I wonder what he will do next. CD

Looking back at an earlier Southern Living magazine, he was in an article about New Orleans cooking. He was in several pictures. I think he may have been on the cover. Best wishes to him. I think the CJ should change its name now. It's not been the CJ in a long time.
