Okay, if we get to do stuff like that, I'm namin' Christian Constant in Paris, south side of the Luxembourg Gardens ...
How about Jamieson's (sp?) the African chocolate that's distributed by a Kentucky company somewhere around Lexington and widely available in Louisville (Heine's, Lotsa Pasta, etc.) in small bars?
Or for really high-quality artisan chocolate on the national scene, how about Recchiuti? Or the currently trendy Zern's of Seattle, where Pres-elect Obama reportedly gets his guilty pleasure, tiny chocolate-covered caramels dusted with fleur de sel? (We ordered a tiny box for way too much money, and yes, they
are addictive.)
