Well Business First reported he was going to open an upscale Latin place in Lyndon (this is the Caffe Perusa guy - right?) sometime in 2009. This report was before Caffe Persua abrupty closed (yes - we were one of the people who had a reservation for that night and got there to find a note and the doors closed). It's supposed to be in another retail center, but for months all I've really seen is his builder sign but no real construction.
When we were finishing Cafe Perusa he mentioned that he would be doing another venture in Lyndon. Since the closure of Cafe Perusa he may not be as excited about another location...yet.
