Sullivan University graduate and chef Timothy Tucker, along with Winston’s chef John Castro, will present the four course dinner. The event starts at 6 p.m. and costs $100. Proceeds from the dinner will go toward establishing similar culinary training programs in Salvation Army branches in other areas of the country. For reservations, please call Lauren Goldberg at 502-381-0017. Winston’s is located at 3101 Bardstown Road.

Chef Tucker conducts classes at the Center of Hope, where he is also responsible for feeding 400 people daily, developing relationships with local farmers and program supporters, catering and tending the center’s on-site gardens that supply much of their herbs and produce.
