Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Michelle for sharing her meatball and Italian Cream Cake Recipe with the CJ (today's Features). I went into a slight depression over losing those meatballs, and now we have the officla recipe. She's asmart lady thoug...nothing about the sauce except that she is hoping to sell it in local stores. That would be great! I don't see any secret ingredient in the meatballs but I am still thankful for the recipe. On a related note...Does anyone have a good slow cooked "red gravy" recipe they like. I can make a great quick red sauce but am intrigued by the slow cooked version. Anyone?

This is my go to sauce from Cooking Light........while not my Granny's Neck Bone Gravy, it's a dandy that's VERY versatile.

I want the riceball recipe.
I am the original Mike G, never mind the impostor.

I am kind of a big deal.

Hey Mike,

Send Michele an e-mail at mamamelillo@yahoo.com. I'm sure she'd share the riceball recipe. The only one that is sacred is the dressing:)
