Just got this info via a Facebook update:
Rick Tramonto and his executive chef Tim Graham are bringing a bit of TRU to Louisville for a one-night only dining event. They will be joined by hotel executive chef Laurent Geroli. Tramonto will also be on hand to sign copies of his cookbook "TRU" which will be available for $35. Wine specialist David DuBou will be available to comment on the wine pairing.
The event is being held on Thursday, January 15 @ 6:30 p.m. Cost is $115 per person not including tax and gratuity.
