I just read that on the website also.

I also just talked to Troy about a reservation for tomorrow night. No normal menu service, only the special 7 course menu. Sounds wonderful....but $100 per person. Ouch!

Under the events section of the website. Looks like a caviar/champaigne tasting one night, a class on butchery, and others. If Dean teaches them, they'd be well worth the money.
