cooking classes at corbetts

I just read that on the website also.

I also just talked to Troy about a reservation for tomorrow night. No normal menu service, only the special 7 course menu. Sounds wonderful....but $100 per person. Ouch!

Under the events section of the website. Looks like a caviar/champaigne tasting one night, a class on butchery, and others. If Dean teaches them, they'd be well worth the money.

i just read corbetts an american place will be offering cooking classes. the classes at costs ranging from $30.00 to $100.00 per person. will be held once a month either on friday evening or saturday mornings, depending on the topic of food. http://www.corbettsrestaurant.com.
