Has anyone tried Gilman's Pointe, in the shopping center on Chenoweth Lane where Pauls' Fruit Market is? It used to be Rick's Ferrari Grille. I haven't heard anything about this place.

Here is the menu:

The menu looks great, and the prices are not too bad, except for possibly a few dishes IMO. What I want to know is if you get discounts on the dish that is named after where you happen to live :D

Ok....I looked at the menu and all I noticed were street names. Seems a bit goofy.

Yeah, I noticed that also. It's precious, just precious.

Has anybody actually eaten there? I've never seen any reviews.

Okay, right, but in the great overall scheme of things, I wouldn't knock ratings points off a restaurant review over something like this. I might snark on it in the review, but I wouldn't feel comfortable dropping the score that I judge appropriate for food, mood and value.

No. I haven't been yet.

I'm just saying that quirky names on a menu don't carry much weight either way with me when I'm rating a restaurant. Guess I ought to get over to Gilman's some time soon. :)

I haven't been there, but I have a friend who works there, so I asked her. They aren't open on Sundays.

It was Saturday night when I went thru. Rode back by there tonight about 8 and it looked like business as usual.
