Here's wishing my forum friends a very happy holiday, Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukkah, Joyous Solstice (a little late), Fabulous Kwanzaa and best wishes for any I left out. Enjoy your family, friends, and of course the good food.

I would like to wish all a Merry Christmas, as that's what I celebrate...while you may not celebrate Christmas, it's sentiments are in good meaning...

again Merry Christmas...

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Blessed Winter Solstice and Fun Festivus to all our forum friends; and now more than ever, a happy and prosperous New Year in which we all hope the national and world economy will turn around and all our wonderful local independent restaurants will survive and thrive.

Happy Holidays to everyone on the LouivilleHotBytes forums! You guys are great, not just for restaurant advice, but for cooking advice and just general day-to-day stuff. I've gotten advice on everything from getting birds out of my garage to setting up a website to how to cook lentil soup.
I am especially grateful to Robin for being a great moderator.
I would also like to send warm Holiday greetings to all of those restaurants I frequent on a regular basis (either by myself or with my daughter)-Meridian Cafe, Third Avenue Cafe, Grape Leaf, Proof, YaChing's, Bistro 301, and the Delta. Thank you for your hospitality.

Whatever happened to the holiday poem that someone penned a few years ago (on the old forum).
(For that matter - Does anyone remember it?)

I believe it was modeled after "Twas the night before Christmas..."

Whoever wrote it (or anyone up to challenge), how bout a new one?
It was equal parts fun, festive and poignant.

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.
