This is the name of whoever owns that property:

THE VININGS OF HURSTBOURNE LLC I (the principal owner is Kevin Cogan of Jefferson Development Group)

They bought it on 11/05/07 for $1,200,000

For reference it is 7,088 square feet, and a tremendous location.

There is a large new strip mall in Middletown up near the new Wal-Mart. It's being developed by Hagen and they're advertising space available up to 36,000sq/ft. That area is certainly growing rapidly with new retail space.

Wjat about the former Fridays at Lime Kiln and 22? Maybe some legal entanglements, but it sure was packed often when it was a Friday's
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

That certainly is a good location, lots of visibility and about the right size. As you said it was always packed when it was Friday's! I really doubt there's any legal problem with the building, the lawsuit only involved the drunk sowing the owners and corporation, there may be a lien on the building but I don't see how there could be much else.

That building has a pending tenant. A doctors office or some other medical business.
