Spice Merchant

by Heather Y » Tue Apr 24, 2007 11:49 pm

There is a new shop in the Chenoweth shopping center called the "Spice Merchant"! Went in and looked around, and it is a nice shop, with loose leaf teas, and many "organic" spices, truffle oils, olive oils, pesto with truffle oil, and rubs. I was happy to see that they had sea salts. French, hawaiian, one with coconut, and my favorite to try in the future will be the black lava!

Linda is the owner, and she said they will have a grand opening two weeks after Derby, and they will host a "tasting" at that time.

It is near Gryphon interiors, and watermark gallery across from Paul's!

enjoy!

We went there this afternoon. The owner is very informative and there is a nice selection of teas, salts, rubs, etc.
