Holiday Offline at Irish Rover Frankfort Ave Monday 12/22

by Marsha L. » Sat Dec 20, 2008 4:34 pm

Let's gather together Monday evening before Christmas at the Irish Rover and raise a glass or two!

They have a piano, and there might be some optional caroling in the offing after some liquid courage, but don't let that keep you away!

I'm in - what time do we want to meet? Who's coming?

Mary and I are in!

Not too late, since it's still a weeknight, although I expect work will be at a minimum for most folks next week. 7 p.m.?

It should be noted that this is a replacement for the forum Caroling Fest, which attracted a few of us but probably not enough for a choir.

Carols are optional. Food, fun and friends are mandatory!

Wish I could but I am at Selena's for the 4 course Bourbon dinner. Anyone from the forum gonna attend? From what the manager has told me, there will be at least 60 people in attendance.
Great food along with great company is truly one of lifes best treasures.

I feel very sad that I can't make it for this, I had really wanted to but I have to work third shift that night and it's sort of illegal for me to inbibe prior to my shift lol. Since I have to take off Weds and Thurs I don't have much of a choice in working Monday.

I'm not sure we've settled on an exact time, but I like 6:30 or 7, not too late on a week night - even Christmas week.
