Kayrouz Cafe- shorter hours

by MarieP » Wed Dec 17, 2008 10:49 pm

I went by there tonight and noticed that they are only open from 11:00-3:30 Monday through Saturday, except Friday when they are still open until 9:00. I have not gone for the Lebanese plate lately but should get over there for one sometime soon!

I went home by there last evening, and noticed it was closed for the day.....thought they might be on holiday, but glad to hear about the hours.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!

I've never been there and don't recall hearing anyone ever mention anything about it on here, so I'm curious. I know where it is, but what's it like? What's this Lebanese plate?

Here's my review on it in 2006:

I wasn't in when the Lebanese plate was being served. By day it's just a nice down-home place. I understand they offer a Lebanese dinner some nights of the week (the family heritage is from Lebanon, although they've been in the US for a few generations). I'll have to go back for it some time soon.
