Food trailer on Bardstown Road

by Brad Keeton » Wed Dec 17, 2008 11:09 am

I've spotted a food trailer recently on Bardstown Road, close to Eastern Parkway, in the lot of the do-it-yourself car wash. Any ideas on what this place is?

It's Chubby Bubby's BBQ....

As a vegetarian who just drives by it quite a bit, that is the extent of my knowledge about the place. Although they do seem to do a good business!

Yep - that would be the trailer. Thanks. I could swear I've seen people there in the mornings when I pass by on my way downtown, but perhaps I'm mistaken. BBQ for breakfast?

BBQ can be a pretty time-consuming art. I'm guessing they're there early in the morning smoking that afternoon's delights.

I've been running past it several times as early as 7am and they're smoking meat. No kidding. It always smells delish and it looks clean.
