Mikato Steak & Sushi

by Adrian Baldwin » Wed Dec 10, 2008 10:53 am

Was invited to their grand opening last night.

It resides in the former Napa River location. The owners have done a GREAT job with that place, it's really nice in side and lends to a cool atmosphere w' the high ceilings.

Food was good as well. It's your typical Sushi/Hibachi place, hard to get a good read w/ it being opening night, and them having a 'special' menu (it was all free).

I look forward to going back though, it's a really cool place. Check it out!

I'm wondering when Louisville will hit critical mass when it comes to sushi options. I also wonder what the long-term viability of these places given the current standing of bluefin populations.
Thinks the frosty mug is the low point in American history.
