Sorry Jimmy but no, with the way the economy is, it will be imposible to do a buffet. But everything that we are doing is under $8.00 and we are doing cuban and spanish breakfast items so it will be something different. We are also having our regular lunch menu with tapas salads and sandwishes. Some examples:
Torrejas: Spanish style french toast w/ mascarpone vanilla cream and port strawberries.
Churros con chocolate: Like in spain and france thick chocolate w/ our home made churros.
Tortilla de jamon, chorizo y manchego: Spanish omelet w/ chorizo, ham and manchego cheese.
Huevos Flamenco : Sautee vegetables and baked eggs in tomatoe sauce.
Tortilla vegetariana: Spanish omelet w/ spinash, oven dried tomatoes, goat cheese.
Cafe con leche y tostadas: Cuban coffe and milk served w/ butter toast.
Jamon con huevos: grill ham and eggs.
Spanish croque-madame: Serrano ham and tetilla cheese sandwish topped with bechamel sauce, cooked under the broiler and finish with a fried egg.
Bistec a caballo: Grill steak w/ eggs.
Also tropical juices coffee, etc.....Just a few examples.
