I think the Low Country Boil would go over better in this area, from a business perspective. But personally, I would also love the oyster bake, and probably the clam bake. They all sound good to me, but I like almost everything, especially seafood!
Sidenote - my sister and I grew up in WV, and I didn't really think people I grew up with had a dialect until I moved. I've lived in KY for years, and now have a bit of a southern drawl, and she's been in NY for years, and has a definite combo NY-Not NY accent. It's kind of funny. And there are different terms for things in different regions, like Hoagie, Submarine, Grinder. And where my sis lives, they call them sneakers, but I call them tennis shoes. Stuff like that. They still harass her up there about the ways she pronounces some things.
