Robin hit on a few beers that age well, but several Imperial Stouts age well, there are a ton of Belgian Strong Ales that age well also. My rule of thumb typically is a more complex beer with a higher alcohol level are the ones I try and age. Most of the time it works well, sometimes it does not, quite like wine.

Lots of beers get better with age, especially if they are "bottle-conditioned". I think my favorite beer to age is Scaldis (available in KY?). Hennepin also ages quite well.
