Can anyone name this restaurant?

Does anyone know where this is? I guess they get points for creativity, but I'd rather they got an A for, you know, cleanliness...

Devino's Deli in Downtown Louisville. There is a thread on the board here somewhere. It's under "Devino's Downtown C rating" but I don't know how to do the link.

I actually thought that sign was AWESOME. Creativity nonpareil. So, a place gets a C. Read the whole thread to look at the incredulous crap that can obtain a food service establishment a C. it's kind of a joke. I mean, I put my coke on a shelf with window cleaner or my drink is close to the grill and I get a C.

Which leads us back to needing to be able to see all the information regarding the inspection on the health department's website instead of just the score. That way we could determine for ourselves is in our minds the rating is valid and whether we really want to be there.

Some people just take life way to seriously.

If a place were bad enough to be considered unsafe, it would be closed.
