Between the folks who are in and the folks who've dropped out on this and the other posts on the offline forum, I have no idea at this point where the cutoff is, but I need to be in the vicinity tomorrow evening anyways, so I'll come on by. If there's a seat and I'm not jumping the queue to do so, I'll take it. Count this as a reconfirmation or somesuch.

Holly, let's see how the final count shapes up. Tomorrow I'll go over this thread and see who has NOT reconfirmed, and if folks have dropped out, we'll invite the waiting list to come in and fill up the tables.

Reconfirming for two! I think we have talked my mother-in-law into staying with the boys...if not, I'm leaving Mike with the kids and coming with a friend. Can't miss this one.

Robin,
I'll be happy to move into one of Erin's slot ( since I'm on the "wait list").

Deb, I'm really hoping that we can find a way so nobody has to be left out ... tomorrow around midday, I'll compile a new list of everyone who's confirmed. (Or, um, would you like to volunteer to keep track of that list? :) ) By early afternoon we should have a clear picture, and if luck falls right, we'll end up with just 30 and nobody out in the cold.

I would happily volunteer to do that, but I have no access to the site during the working day due to the Corporate Security blocks. As it is, I'll have to get someone (probably my nanny ) to check for me at the end of the day to see if I'm going to Red Pepper with y'all :D or heading home

Whoops, I thought the banquet began at 8 pm. Robin, please clear this up for me.

Say, you're right! The original post says:
To avoid problems with the Friday crowd, she suggests we gather between 7:30 and 8, enjoy drinks in the bar, then settle down to our seats in the private room at 8 p.m.

I'll call her to make sure there is no misunderstanding, but I'm sure this is right.

Wrapping up the final list

by Robin Garr » Fri Nov 07, 2008 11:13 am

At this point, the total number confirmed is just a frog hair UNDER 30, so it looks like we can accommodate all the maybes.

Here are the confirmed participants as of now:

Robin Garr and Mary Johnson
Gayle DeM and guest
Ed Vermillion and two guests
Suzi Bernert and Richard Meadows
Mark and Linda B
John and Anne Hagan
Steve Shade and Sandy Proctor
GaryF
Bill Veneman
Andrea E plus one
R.N. Dominick
Stephen D.
Amy Hoover
Deb Hall
Jake Wildstrom
Holly R and guest

That's 26, and

Erin and Neil Riedel
would make 28, but Erin, if it's a problem for you, don't worry, we can adjust I'm sure. We'd love to meet you guys, though!

The following have NOT reconfirmed:

Christopher Stockman and guest
Melissa Richards and Tom Person
Richard S and wife

If you're looking on, folks, please respond.

Bottom line, though, if you're on this list, it looks like Red Pepper has room for you. :)

I also have marked down the 8 pm time.

Please advise.
