We wanted to thank you (again) for this Forum. As a retailer, it really helps us judge what is of interest , make connections with the Chefs to do our cooking classes and communicate with artisan/local suppliers. Our recent order for Sheltowee mushrooms was as a direct result of this forum: we knew they were out there, but somehow they dropped off our radar screen. We really love to support local product and you've made it that much easier for us.
