Congrats to the St. Matthews crew. While I don't get there very often, I did have the chance to taste this beer earlier this year and it was great! Hopefully it will return some time soon.

A Gold in the GABF (Great American Beer Festival) is an extreme honor...I remember sitting patiently once next to Pierre Celis (basically the re-creator of the Belgian white style - Hoegarden anyone?) for one of the Belgian judging results at the GABF (we had both entered Wit beers). Neither of us got anything (40+ entries in that category?). But it was an honor hanging with someone of his stature and losing side by side with him.

Huge Congrats!!!

Cheers from Nimbus, at Ray's Monkey House.....

(we currently have the BBC Octoberfest on tap - dunno if Jerry has anything to do with that one...)

Roger,

What kind of prodding would it take to put this one in the hopper once the brewery is operational? I think you also need to make a beer called Prince Albert and put that in a can...
