With the current mess in the financial markets, this seems apropos...
I was in Asheboro, NC recently and had some fried Oysters, fresh from the ocean, dipped in buttermilk, rolled in flour and fried perfectly. It was such a large portion, I took 6 home. We made oyster dressing out of it the next day. We also cooked shrimp and grits one night, turning it into fried grit cakes the next night.
So here's my question: Does anybody have a favorite 'next day' recipe for leftovers? Doggy Bag or Homespun?
