It does seem like Homemade has been offering us an object lesson in what can (but doesn't always) happen when a nice independent restaurant goes corporate and grows into a chain.

I have not heard of this place before. Should I be excited about this?? Living in Sellersburg, this would be in my area. The new Sonic on Veterens is now open!

No, DeeDee, you should not e excited. You should go once to form your own opinion, though. No need to rush.

The ice cream is good. The pies not so much. The cakes look like a third grade cooking experiment. Seriously, the icing was falling off the sides the last time I was in there. And several were significantly leaning.
