Need some quick help - Sunday lunch

by Andrea E » Sun Sep 28, 2008 10:43 am

Need some help - where is the best place to take an out-of-towner for lunch on Sunday? We are dining at Seviche tonight so nothing too heavy, would prefer Thai food. Is anything open that is independently owned? Not looking for brunch type places and I don't think Jade Palace would be right for this occasion.

Thanks!

Sorry to be late jumping in, Andrea. It's probably too late, but you might call Thai Cafe (Holiday Manor) to see if they're open for Sunday lunch. Or Thai Taste on lower Brownsboro, but Holiday Manor would be closer for you.

Thanks for the help Robin - I found no open Thai places, but we did enjoy a lovely lunch at Vietnam Kitchen, which to me was just as wonderful.

I just really wish we had more options on Sunday mornings & afternoons! Sometimes it is the only time I can enjoy a leisurely meal.
