Well??? My take is: Sue nair goes. Eh? I've heard people pronounce it: Sun jer ohs. Not very phonetic. Really the question: how does the "g" sound" and the syllabic flow (did I just make that up?)?

At any rate, the coffee is darn good. Presently possessing the Tazmanian Peaberry - very smooth.

It would be best to ask the guys, but it may help to know that it's based on the Greek word for "synergy," so "sun-air-goes" might come close. I expect they don't mind how you say it as long as you order some!

I got an idea, call them and see how they answer the phone!! lol

Okay, I got it to play (Real Player), but it's being pronounced in classic Greek. The coffee shop peeps may very well not pronounce it that way.

That would be correct, so says my girlfriend. She's a pretty consistent regular there. Although she pronounces it with a little more accent on the first syllable, so "SOON-er-goss" would be my best phonetic approximation.
