Just a reminder that Melillo's will be hosting "Par For The Course", a dinner featuring organic Bonterra wines honoring players in this year's Ryder Cup on Monday, September 15th at 7:00pm. There are only a few seats left!!
The five-course menu includes dishes from each represented country.
First Course: Spicy Spanish Garlic Shrimp paired with Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course: Danish Gule Aerter (Yellow Pea Soup) paired with Bonterra Chardonnay
Third Course: Warm Cabbage Salad with Bacon and Roquefort paired with Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course: Dijon Port Tenderloin with Roasted Red Potatoes and Swedish Creamed Spinach paired with Bonterra Zinfandel
Fifth Course: English Summer Pudding paired with Bonterra Muscat
