Not all about food, but might still be of interest to this board (restaurant recommendations toward the end):

Good story, well done. Funny, though, how so many of the stories from outside Louiville (including this and the Chow.com piece in another thread) end up at the same places, including Lynn's and Lilly's, that might not be the first choices of this forum.

Methinks a lot of the editors on these quick-hit stories about Louiville make one call to the Convention and Visitors Bureau, are all given the same contact list, and few of them vary from it. Notice the Chicago writer found Seviche "by accident"?

It seems as though the Ville keeps getting more and more props out there in the rest of the USA. It's great to see that our hidden jewel is finally being recognized for its value, charm and quirks. I just hope as our fair city grows, that we don't lose one iota of what makes us what and who we are.
Great food along with great company is truly one of lifes best treasures.

Of course, we always get a handful of major metro papers write about us just before Derby. However, there is a heckuva lot more to talk about now than in previous years!
