Why all this in Louisville? It’s not like there’s an economic boom or a major cooking school nearby.

Dismissing burgoo as "roadkill stew" was a little bit of an offhanded slap, too. It was a good story but not a great story. A little bit of quick-hit carelessness there.

What is it that they pitch?
Number 3 culinary program in the nation?

I don't think I really need to say much more and you know what I'm getting at and where I'm coming from, Marsha. :wink:


Not that it's a horrible program...
I think everyone who leaves there seriously has a love/hate relationship with the institution, though.
