Z's Fusion Opening Announcement

Hawaiian/Asian/European Fusion? Sounds exciting. It reminds me of a mini chain called Roy's Hawaiian Fusion that I have seen in some cities. I have not had a chance to try Roy's but here's to Z's Fusion introducing the concept to Louisville and being a local and more imaginative version of Hawaiian/Asian/European fusion. I cant wait!!
