Re: Any chance for a Rodízio in Louisville?

I've been to both Fogo de Chao (Chicago location) and Rodizio. To me they are very similar, but Fogo was a better experience for me.

These are basically temples to gluttony. The price is very high. I always thought of the experience as a "guys night out" sort of thing.

If you go, be careful since you can generally easily fill up at the salad bar.

I've been to many Brazilian Steak Places and have varied experiences depending on the salad bars, the sides and the staff. Some come across as very very pretentious. Chima in Ft. Lauderdale and (most recently) Boi Na Braza in Cincinnati have been a couple of my favorites. I haven't figured out why we haven't got one of these in the city yet. They seem to be really prevalent in other cities, be nary a one in our little town.

Here's a link to Boi.
