Varanese, 2106 Frankfort Ave., will celebrate its first anniversary in business on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
In celebration of the occasion, drinks will be served at half-price all evening. There'll be dinner specials and complimentary passed hors d'oeuvres. Louisville's Jeff Sherman Trio, will perform live jazz music throughout the evening.
Chef/Owner John Varanese said business has exceeded expectations. and he looks forward to many more exciting years in the renovated Clifton building that previously housed Red Lounge.
