What's going to be where Ernesto's on Shelbyville Road was?

Anyone have a clue? They are practically rebuilding that building, and it's going to be super nice when it's done.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Is that associated with the El Toro in the Shoe Carnival shopping center on Hurstborne?

I think it's a pretty good Mexican place in the "bilingual" style like Nopalito and Las Aztecas). If I recall correctly, the one near Hurstbourne had unusually good seafood and fish dishes.
