Amaretto Cheesecake at NJ's

Okay a while back we were discussing cheesecakes and ideas and as you can tell this is always my favorite topic as I always try and be creative with my cheesecakes. Someone brought up an idea of liquor inspired cheesecakes and so I was finally asked to make an Amaretto cheesecake by Norma for a reception the middle of next month. Well I made one for her to try and it seemed she liked it but she still had about 3/4 left when I left today and I invite all the forumites to come out to NJ's and try it while it lasts. Not sure if she will want it on the menu but if you try it please let her know what you think as well as me and maybe it will be a hit and I can buy a mercedes or a mansion in beverly
