Given that it's summer and we have so many latin establishments has anyone seen any vendors selling fresh fruit Frescas? They are wonderful but a lot of work to make unless you are serving a crowd.

Not sure about outside vendors, Sarita. Seviche-Goose Creek was serving some outstanding ones at the recent Puerto Rican dinner. Pineapple/mango was my favorite!

Thanks for the tip Ed. I will pay them a visit. Where I'm from the latin grocery stores sell frescas on the weekends in the summer.
