I love how people get up in arms about something that impacts them the least.
I am the original Mike G, never mind the impostor.

I am kind of a big deal.

Thanks for posting that. I don't even drink coffee so I don't care but my mom loves Starbucks and I am sure she wants hers to be saved.
Great food along with great company is truly one of lifes best treasures.

'Save Our Starbucks'?
Amusing news for those with memories:

I prefer the local coffee "joints" and each one is unique.
(especially DCE with a great beer list and Derby City Espresso stout on tap)

I do not drink coffee, but hubby goes to Starbucks on those occassions we are not near an indie when his caffeine jones hits. The other day, he stopped in the one on Poplar Level and came out with a disgusted look. He said "no wonder they are closing this one - they have NO COFFEE made!" I do not wish job losses to happen, but some things are meant to be.....

I did a whois lookup on this domain, and it's registered to a proxy service, which means the real owner doesn't want to be identified. Despite the disclaimer, my money is on Starbucks as the owner and that this is part of a marketing campaign.
