As I posted I was the guest chef at Norma Jeans and this time was much easier it seemed but I wanted to know if any forumites came and if so what they thought. I know they are having another guest chef this month I think Tuscan food call for more details. I think it is unique for a restaurant to open its kitchen to novices that like to cook and was wondering what the forums thought of this concept. Just another unique concept in Louisville in my opinion.
