I was going to mention that, but then we would have a civil war on the forum just like on the old one. Personally, I believe the Ville to be a Southern city. It does have some tinges of the North and Midwest, but overall, it's Southern.

It's worth noting, though, that Baxter management scrupulously segregates the theater from the mall, with a separate entrance and no inside connections at all. In my opinion, the best way Baxter could have helped turn the Mall around would have been to make the main entrance inside the mall, directing all movie traffic through the mall and past its stores. But it appears there was a conscious decision not to do that.
