New Spanish/Latin Restaraunt coming to Lyndon

by Bill Veneman » Fri Jul 11, 2008 2:07 pm

From the Curious Jumble:

A new 12,000-square-foot Spanish/Latin American restaurant is expected to open within about 90 days at the new Lyndon Park Plaza, which is being developed by Rodolfo Realty off Lyndon Lane near the city's Robsion Park.

Lyndon Park Plaza will have 50,000 square feet of commercial, retail, office and medical space, where two houses used to be, said Rodolfo Pantoja, the company's owner.

Construction began about six months ago.

Pantoja also opened Caffee Perusa, featuring continental American cuisine, a little more than three months ago in his Stony Brook Village Shopping center at Six Mile Lane and Taylorsville Road. The restaurant has four private dining rooms, he said.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!
