Rehearsal Dinner help

by Hilary N. » Wed Apr 11, 2007 5:00 pm

I know there were several other posts on the other site, but a friend needs help finding a place that can hold 85 people for her rehearsal dinner. Any thoughts?

I'm doing mine at Primo. Will let you know how it turns out. So far, it has been a breeze to plan.

Jarfi's Bistro can accomodate a group of that size.

I had my rehearsal dinner at Primo last month. I cannot say enough good things about it. Bim and his crew were very hands on from the beginning, planning a perfect menu and arranging for the wine, room set-up, etc. We had a cocktail hour with amazing antipasti, including various bruschette, pizzas, and a crudo that was very much like a seviche. Once we sat down, our group was wowed with a multi-course feast of a luscious pasta, followed by choice of sea bass or lamb chops, and then panna cotta for dessert. Service from our own Jeremy and one of his co-workers was above and beyond excellent. We had a lot of children in our group, and they were thrilled with the assortment of pizzas that were made for them while the adults had dinner.
For anyone considering a rehearsal dinner, I highly recommend Primo.
